My fitness journey wasn’t always about coaching. It began in the world of engineering and software development. But a passion for workouts and playing sports ignited a desire for the right guidance. Here’s the thing: not everyone aspires to be a professional bodybuilder. Many of us, myself included, seek fitness to maintain good health and prevent diseases as much as possible.
The problem? Finding the perfect mentor who aligned with my specific goals proved difficult. This led to setbacks – injuries, doing the wrong workouts, struggling with nutrition, and never quite achieving the fitness level I craved. The truth is, not everyone with some knowledge qualifies as a good coach. Just knowing how to use gym equipment or having a great physique doesn’t translate to effective coaching. Doing it yourself and guiding others are entirely different ball games.
While I wouldn’t claim to be the absolute best coach out there, I am incredibly confident in my abilities. Years of dedicated research, experience coaching people both online and offline around the globe, and my own personal fitness journey have equipped me with a wealth of knowledge. I believe I can guide anyone towards reaching their fitness goals. As a busy father myself, I completely understand the challenges of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. That’s why I created Hybrid Resistance Training (HRT). HRT goes beyond sculpting bodies; it prioritizes overall health and well-being. This unique approach blends exercise science with the benefits of yoga, meditation, and proper nutrition. The result? A program that’s accessible and effective for busy lives.

What is Live Coaching (PGT - Personal Group Training)?
Live Coaching, or PGT, is a dynamic 2-day-per-week program designed to provide personalized guidance and support in a group setting. You'll meet virtually with your dedicated coach who will guide you through workouts and movements, ensuring you perform them safely and effectively.
How long are the Live Training sessions?
Live Training sessions are designed to be efficient and impactful, lasting 55 minutes each. This focused time allows your coach to provide personalized attention while maximizing your workout results.
When are Live Training sessions held?
We understand that scheduling flexibility is important. That's why Live Training sessions are offered four days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM IST. We'll work with you to find a time slot that fits your busy schedule and preferences.
How many people are in each Live Training session?
To ensure you receive the personalized attention you deserve, group sizes are capped at a maximum of 6 members. This allows your coach to tailor exercises and provide feedback specific to your needs and goals.
Will the coach be able to provide personalized guidance with multiple members?
Absolutely! Our coaches are experts at creating a supportive and inclusive group environment while still catering to individual needs. The intensity and types of exercises will be personalized based on your fitness level and health goals. Small group sizes allow for focused coaching and ensure you get the most out of each session.
Can I keep up if other members are more advanced?
There's no need to worry about keeping up with others! Your coach will assess your fitness level during the initial consultation and design a program tailored to your specific needs. The program will gradually progress as you build strength and endurance, allowing you to reach your full potential at your own pace.
What happens after the 12-week Live Coaching program ends?
Our 12-week Live Coaching program is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to continue your fitness journey independently. By the end, you'll have a strong foundation in exercise technique, personalized workout plans, and the ability to make healthy choices that support your long-term goals. At that point, you can seamlessly transition to one of our regular plans that best suits your ongoing needs.
Can I extend my Live Coaching beyond 12 weeks?
We understand that fitness is a lifelong journey. If you'd like to extend your Live Coaching experience beyond 12 weeks, simply discuss your goals and preferred schedule with your coach. They will assess your progress and slot availability to determine if continuing with Live Sessions is the best option for you.
Do you offer 1-on-1 Live Coaching?
Due to high demand and our commitment to maintaining a personalized group experience, we currently don't offer 1-on-1 coaching. However, our PGT program is designed by expert coaches to deliver exceptional results in a supportive group setting. You'll receive focused guidance and attention while also benefiting from the energy and motivation of a group dynamic.
Can I pause the program?
# We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. While consistency is key to achieving your fitness goals, we may allow program pauses for emergencies of up to 1 week with valid proof. However, we highly encourage commitment to your program, as consistency is crucial for progress. The program itself is designed for maximum flexibility, featuring lightweight resistance band options that allow you to continue workouts even while traveling. Additionally, limited slots prevent us from enrolling new members mid-program to ensure focused attention for existing participants.
# Remember, your health and well-being are our top priorities. We're here to support your journey every step of the way! If you have any concerns about maintaining consistency due to your schedule or travel plans, we encourage you to discuss them with your coach. They can help you find creative solutions to stay on track and achieve your fitness goals.
Can I attend more than 2 Live sessions per week?
You'll have access to 2 live, interactive Live Coaching sessions per week, allowing you to receive real-time guidance and feedback from your coach. To maximize your results and keep you engaged throughout the week, you'll also have unlimited access to a library of customized workouts through our user-friendly member app. These workouts complement your Live Coaching sessions and can be done at your convenience throughout the week.
Is there a fee for the initial consultation call?
Yes, there is a one-time fee of 299 INR to schedule your initial consultation call. We understand this might be different from what you're used to, so here's why we do it:

# Value for Money: If you decide to enroll in our program after the consultation, the consultation fee will be adjusted in your subscription.
